Roles and Responsibilities
Key Skills
Maintain data, build workflows, API and UI development in ServiceNow and support integration with other applications
Comfortable with APIs and DBs
Ideally 3 years of configuring ServiceNow
Experience of Web Technologies, ideally Javascript
A background in IT Service Management (ITSM)
Strong Business Analysts skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This is a technical role with direct contribution to the technical delivery ServiceNow deployment solution.
ServiceNow certification is an added advantage.
Experience with working in Agile methdology.
Ability to interact with senior stakeholders in IT and Business
